Developing this new urban community at the corner of Andrews Avenue and Sistrunk Boulevard just west of the newly constructed Brightline commuter train is one of our potential projects . The mixed use development features 350 apartments in five to thirteen story buildings which surround a five-level parking garage on four acres. The apartments will range in size from a 720 sf. for a one bedroom to 1,200 sf. for a three bedroom. The retail space will occupy the street level along the Sistrunk commercial corridor and will connect to the city amenities that are north east of the site via an urban green belt park.
