PKA has been providing healthcare design and project management services for Mount Sinai Medical Center since 2011. These projects were on and off the Mount Sinai main campus. Interior and exterior design and renovations for Specialty Medical Facilities, medical offices, and AHCA coordination and approval provided by the firm.

This project is a new one-story surgical and office facility with approximately 11,000 square feet on two+ acres of vacant land.  It includes: two surgical suites, scrub area, patient and doctor prep areas, storage, nurses’ stations, post-op, waiting areas, along with a corporate office area with associated support spaces. We coordinated all aspects of design, site plan approval, and construction documents through completion.
